Our team of highly skilled professionals from Poland and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced welders to join us.

Open Positions: 6 MIG aluminium Welders (131) 

Start Date: asap, please inform us of your availability.

Location: Fyn, Denmark - 2 hours from the German/Danish border.

Project Duration: Planned at least until December 2025, with options for project extension or reassignment to new projects.

Rotations: 4x2,or let me know what fits you best.

Skills Required:

  • Welder: Minimum 5 years of welding experience with certification aluminium 131. Advantageous skills (optional): Mounting, reading technical drawings and WPS, reading technical drawings, torch cutting, and grinding.
  • You must be able to prepare and assemble the plates you selv before welding.  

 

Certificates Required:

  • Welder: Valid certificate 131 aluminium.
  • Working environment and safety for welding and thermal cutting §17 from Denmark (formerly called §26 course). If you don’t have it, we can arrange for you to take an online course.

 

Job description

Work in the workshop, welding of 4-10 mm thick aluminum plates used in the windmill industry. Experience in reading technical drawings and assembly skills.

 

Work Schedule

  • Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 16:00.
  • Night Shift: Monday to Saturday, 16:00 to 02:00 (possible)

Paid Hours: For each 10-hour shift, you are paid 9,5 hours.

 

Overtime Pay: Monday to Thursday you receive overtime pay after 7,5 hours of work completed, Friday is after 7,0 hours of work completed. On Saturday and Sunday and in the evening/night you receive a special supplement. See the overtime rates and supplements on the table below - link.

 

Income

Night shift

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodationNet salary: 42.028 DKK (around 5.632 EUR / 23.935 PLN) **.

Day shift 

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation and food costs: Net salary: 36.400 DKK (around 4.878 EUR / 20.730 PLN) **.

Extra to the salary: 

  • 12,5% holiday allowance
  • 13,0% flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK) 
  • 13,0% pension contribution after 2 months (11,0% VICOS and 2,0% employee). 

Payroll every two weeks with an optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK (around 804 EUR / 3.483 PLN) after 12 days of work.

Accommodation: VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 135 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18 EUR / 78 PLN).

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark - 80 minutes from the German/Danish border.

Job description

Welding and assembly works in the workshop. Welding of thick sheets in vertical and horizontal positions, offshore elements - tower stands (as in the photo below). Black steel. Welding must meet high quality standards, especially in the case of long welds. (First day samples possible - hard wire melting, vertical and horizontal), full powder filling, everything tested by ultrasound. The visual appearance of welds before the inspection itself is very important.

Material thickness: 20-30-50 mm - 100% penetrant testing.

 

Work Schedule

  • Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 18:00.
  • Night Shift: Monday to Saturday, 18:00 to 06:00.

Paid Hours: For each 12-hour shift, you are paid 11,5 hours (1 hour total break, with 30 minutes break that is paid).
