Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Start Date: 12-01-2026 - or notify us of your availability.

Location: Denmark - 90 minutes from the German/Danish border.

Project Duration: Work planned for a longer term with the possibility of permanent employment at the client.

Rotations: 4x2, or let me know what fits you best.

Skills Required:

Experience as a laser cutting or machine operator
Experience with fiber laser cutting is a strong advantage
Ability to adjust and optimize existing programs
General PC skills are required (specific software training provided - use of WiCam)
Forklift certificate is an advantage, but not required
Ability to work independently and stay focused in busy situations
Reliable, responsible and meeting-stable

Language Requirements

English is required (working language in production)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Operation of fiber laser cutting machines
Setup, adjustment and monitoring of cutting programs
Optimization of existing programs to ensure efficient production
Quality control of cut parts, including test pieces and measurements
Manual sorting of parts after cutting
Minor grinding, deburring and sorting tasks
Daily cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment

Job description

Work in the workshop, industrial production:

Fiber laser cutting machines (automated load/unload systems)
Nesting and program adjustment using PC-based systems
Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized steel
Production type: Mixed production - small series, large series and single components
Documentation of production and adjustments in simplified form

Work Schedule

2 on Day Shift: Monday to Friday (possible Saturday), 06:00 to 16:30.
1 on Evening/Night Shift: Monday to Thoursday, 13:30 to 21:30 and Friday 11:30 to 17:30 (possible Saturday)

Paid Hours: For each 10,5 - hour shift, you are paid 10 hours (2 breaks - 30-minutes break is unpaid).

Shift work: Fixed shifts (day, evening or night)

Working hours: Approx. 50 hours per week may be established as a fixed agreement, depending on workload.
Evening shift schedule includes work until approx. 21:30 (shorter on Fridays)
Additional hours may be available on Fridays or Saturdays by agreement

Income

Day shift

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation: Net salary: 29.484 DKK (around 3.944 EUR ) **.

Extra to the salary:

Holiday allowance, flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK), pension,
Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.
Shift allowances and supplements according to local agreements

Accommodation: VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet access and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 135 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18 EUR ). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
