Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Our team of highly skilled professionals from Poland and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced welders to join us.

Open Positions: 4 Stainless steel metalworker/welder

Start Date: 05.01.2026 - or notify us of your availability.

Location: Denmark - 90 minutes from the German/Danish border.

Project Duration: Initially planned for 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension or transfer to new projects.

Rotations: 4x2, or let me know what fits you best.

Skills Required:

Metalworker/welder: Experience reading technical drawings and welding stainless steel using methods 136 and 141.
Ability to communicate in English.

Certificates Required:

Valid 136 FM5 and 141 FM5 certificates, material group: 304.
Working environment and safety for welding and thermal cutting §17 from Denmark (formerly called §26 course). If you don’t have it, we can arrange for you to take an online course.

Job description

Workshop-based metalworking and welding tasks. Preparing, grinding, and welding stainless steel components according to technical drawings. Welding rolled sheet to pipe, butt welds in sheet metal, material thickness: 15-20 mm.

Work Schedule

Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 18:00.

Night Shift: Monday to Saturday, 18:00 to 06:00.

Paid hours: For each 12-hour shift, you are paid for 11.25 hours (45-minute unpaid break and a paid 15-minute break at 9:00).

Income

Night shift

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation: Net salary: 56.499 DKK (around 7.560 EUR ) **.

Day shift 

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation: Net salary: 47.267 DKK (around 6.320 EUR ) **.

Extra to the salary: 

holiday allowance, flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK), pension,

Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.

Accommodation: VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 135 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18 EUR ). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
