Our team of highly skilled professionals from Poland and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced welders to join us.

Open Positions: Welders TIG 141 / MAG (135,136,138).

Start Date: Notify us of your availability.

Location: Denmark - 80 minutes from the German/Danish border.

Project Duration: The project is planned for a longer period of time in constant rotation, with the possibility to new projects.

Rotations: 4x2, or let me know what fits you best.

Skills Required:

  • Welder: Minimum 5 years of welding experience with certification 141 and 135/136/138 FW BW. 

 

Certificates Required:

  • Welder: Valid certificate 141 and 135/136/138 FW BW.
  • Working environment and safety for welding and thermal cutting §17 from Denmark (formerly called §26 course). If you don’t have it, we can arrange for you to take an online course.

 

Job description

Welding work in the workshop. Welding and stapling of black steel sheets with thickness of 12-40 mm TIG 141 and 135,136,138. All welds will be tested and checked. Work for high quality. Assembling elements made of black steel, preparing them according to the technical drawing for welding.

It is important to communicate in English in the workplace and to be independent. 

The first 2-3 days you will be sent to the training center to make welding samples (pipe, at a 45 degree angle).

 

Work Schedule

  • Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 18:00.

Paid Hours: For each 12-hour shift, you are paid 11.5 hours (1 hour of total break, with a 30-minute break that is paid).

 Overtime Pay: Monday through Thursday you get paid for overtime after 7.5 hours of work done, Friday after 7.0 hours of work done. On Saturdays and Sundays and in the evening/night, you will receive a special add-on. See overtime and allowance rates in the link - link.

 

Income

Day shift 

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation: Net salary: 48.442 DKK (around 6.435 EUR ) **.

Extra to the salary: 

  • holiday allowance, flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK), pension,
  • Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.

Accommodation: VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 135 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18 EUR ). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
