Join Our Team as a Steel Fabricator/Welder - Permanent Position in Denmark!
Our international team is growing, and we are looking for experienced Fitter-Welders for permanent positions in Denmark.
This is not a project-based position. We offer stable, long-term employment with the possibility of continuing work after the initial trial period.
Available position: 1 Fitter-Welder
Start date: 24 August 2026, or as soon as possible. Please let us know your availability.
Location: Denmark - approximately 1 hour from the German-Danish border.
Employment: Permanent employment after the trial period. Rotation is possible.
Rotation: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off, or let us know what rotation works best for you.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a fitter/welder, including experience with the production of railings, balustrades and similar steel structures.
Communicative English or German.
Required Certificates
A valid 135 welding certificate is an advantage, but the client can arrange certification locally.
Danish §17 course - Working Environment and Safety when Welding and Thermal Cutting (formerly §26). If you do not have this certificate, we can arrange an online course for you.
Job Description
Welding steel components used for stairs, railings, balustrades and similar structures, with material thicknesses of approximately 3-15 mm.
Assembly of finished components both in the workshop and at customer locations.
Preparing materials for welding, cutting, fitting and assembling structures.
Working according to technical drawings and project requirements.
Quality control of completed welds and assembled components.
Cooperation with other welders, fitters, supervisors and project personnel.
Maintaining a clean and safe workplace and using tools and equipment correctly.
Working Hours and Rates
Day shift:
Overtime:
From Monday to Thursday, overtime is paid after 7.5 hours of work. On Fridays, overtime is paid after 7.0 hours of work.
Work performed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as evening/night work, is paid with an additional special supplement.
Earnings
Your estimated net salary every 4 weeks, with full employment and after accommodation costs, is: Approx. 21,200 DKK net (approximately EUR 2,800)*.

Accomodation: VICOS arranges accommodation close to the workplace. You will have a private room with access to Wi-Fi, kitchen and bathroom facilities. The cost is 137 DKK per day, including utilities (approximately EUR 18). Please note: The accommodation cost has already been included in the net salary calculation above.
