When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

KOMPAN U.S. is looking for a dynamic Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis who will be responsible for the FP&A function in a rapidly growing business.

This role will provide financial consulting and strategic support to leadership including preparing presentations, analyses of operating results and trends, industry / peer group analysis, forecasting and other projects requested by management. This position acts as the analytical engine of the business to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.

What You’ll Do

· Lead the annual planning and monthly forecast update process and help develop value-added analyses of the projections

· Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, freight, and expenses

· Responsible for analysis of regular reporting of variances against annual plan and forecasts

· Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

· Support Leadership Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

· Prepare presentations for the Leadership Team

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience
1+ years of experience in FP&A environment
Advanced level experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work constructively with many different functions (sales, logistics, installation, manufacturing, etc.)
Highest standards of accuracy and precision
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to solve complex mathematical problems
Highly driven and self-motivated

This position is an in-office role at KOMPAN's U.S. headquarters in Austin, TX.
