Create the future of Outdoor Play and Active Living
As the new designer in the Concept and Design team, you’ll join a member of our diverse team of 15 play designers, architects and workshop specialists.
You’ll be tasked with creating innovative playground structures of all scales, materials and features, in addition to free-standing and dynamic play equipment that the world has yet to see.
You’ll be doing this by employing your skills within research, sketching, ideation, 3D modelling, visualizing, prototyping, testing etc., and of course always in fruitful cooperation with the rest of the team and your manager.
You’ll find yourself in an international cross-disciplinary environment, working in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments like engineering, safety and our own KOMPAN Play Institute.

- A well-equipped desk in our brand new creative and spacious environment, which is fully rigged with VR setup, 3D-printers, lasercutter and our own workshop.
- The prospect of steering and ensuring progress on your own projects from ideation to finalization.

The profile we’re looking for
You hold a degree in the fields of Industrial Design, Integrated Design or similar. You’re a team player with an ambition to learn and develop new skills. You are sociable and helpful with a can-do attitude and a positive outlook.
You’re probably newly graduated or have up to 5 years’ experience, but more is also welcome.
You’re an experienced user of Rhinoceros or SolidWorks (and/or similar 3D modelling software) and have some experience in Adobe Creative Suite as well.

- Motivation to work on a variety of tasks and have (depending on your work experience) a well-developed knowledge within materials and production methods.
