Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Our team of highly skilled professionals from Poland and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced CNC Turner / Industrial Technician to join us.

Open Positions: CNC Turner / Industrial Technician

Start Date: As soon as possible / notify us of your availability.

Location: Denmark - 50 minutes from Copenhagen.

Project Duration: The project is planned with the possibility of permanent employment.

Rotations: 4x2, or let me know what fits you best.

Requirements:

Education as Industrial Technician, Precision Mechanic, or similar
Experience with Fanuc-controlled, double-spindle turning machines
Strong focus on precision, quality, and documentation
Must speak and understand English
No entry test required - only a short interview to assess language and qualifications

Stainless steel

Typical diameter: Ø20-Ø40 mm (range Ø8-Ø60 mm)

Job Tasks:

Setup and adjustment of both new and known parts
Programming prototypes and complex components (small-medium series: 5 to 5,000 pcs)
Working with high-tolerance, visually demanding parts
Operating double-spindle CNC lathes with Fanuc control
Deburring, process documentation, and quality control
Raw material: solid round bars (3-meter length) and pre-cut parts

Machines Used:

Nakamura-Tome WT150 Gantry
Nakamura-Tome WT100 II with Top Fusion
Nakamura-Tome WT150 II with Top Fusion

Working hours and rates:

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:30.
Evening shift from 12:00: Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 23:00.
Evening shift from 14:00: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 01:00.
Paid hours: For each 11 hour shift, you are paid for 10 hours (with 1 hour unpaid break).
Overtime pay: Monday-Thursday after 7.5 hours worked, Friday after 7.0 hours. Special allowances for weekends and night shifts. See overtime and allowance rates in the table - link.

Income:

Dayshift: Your net salary every 4 weeks with full employment, incl. holiday money, og after accommodation deduction:
Net salary: 34.106 DKK (około 4.563 EUR)** See attached calculation for 1 week on night shift.

Evening shift from 12:00: Your net salary every 4 weeks with full employment, incl. holiday money, og after accommodation deduction:
Net salary: 36.431 DKK (około 4.874 EUR)** See attached calculation for 1 week on night shift.

Evening shift from 14:00: Your net salary every 4 weeks with full employment, incl. holiday money, og after accommodation deduction:
Net salary: 38.823 DKK (około 5.194 EUR)** See attached calculation for 1 week on night shift.

Extra to the salary:

holiday allowance, flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK), pension,
Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.

Accommodation: VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 135 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18 EUR ). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
