Join Our Team of Skilled Press Brake Operators for a Long-Term Project in Denmark!

Our team of highly skilled professionals from Poland and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced press bake operators to join us.

Open Positions: Press Brake Operators

Start Date: 12-01-2026 - or notify us of your availability.

Location: Denmark - 90 minutes from the German/Danish border.

Project Duration: Work planned for a longer term with the possibility of permanent employment at the client.

Rotations: 4x2, or let me know what fits you best.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Operation and setup of press brake machines
  • Programming of press brake machines directly from technical drawings
  • Production of single components, small series and large series (from 1 to 1,000+ units)
  • Handling both simple and complex components with varying tolerances
  • Work with varying and changing tasks in a subcontractor production environment
  • Occasional grinding and finishing work
  • Handling of sheet metal components

Materials and Production

  • Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium
  • Material thickness: 1-20 mm
  • Workpiece type: Sheet metal
  • Production complexity: From simple parts to technically demanding components

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience as a press brake operator is required
  • Ability to work independently from drawings - including programming and setup
  • Experience with DELEM control systems is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • No formal education certificate required
  • No specific certificates required
  • Ability to work independently and with precision
  • Practical testing prior to start may be required

Language Requirements

  • English is required, as English is the working language in production

 

Job description

Work in the workshop, industrial production. Operation of press brakes, production of small and large series, as well as individual components. Occasionally tasks involving grinding and finishing of production elements.

Material thickness: 1-20 mm, carbon, stainless steel and aluminum, ranging from simple to more complex sheet metal components

 

Work Schedule

  • Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 16:30.
  • Night Shift: Evening and night shifts may be available by agreement.

Paid Hours: For each 10,5 -hour shift, you are paid 10 hours (2 breaks - 30-minutes break is unpaid).

Income

Day shift 

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation: Net salary: 29.484 DKK (around 3.944 EUR ) **.

Extra to the salary: 

  • holiday allowance, flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK), pension If you provide a payslip from your previous workplace showing pension contributions, VICOS will continue the pension contributions from the first day of employment.
  • Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.

Accommodation: VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 135 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18 EUR ). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
