Are you ready to take on the role as our new HR Manager?

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in hands-on managing and enhancing our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management or business partner roles, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The HR department will consist of you and an assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • People sparring partner for the leadership team 
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and conduct training programs.
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Report directly to the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience within HR, HR Manager, Executive Assistant.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
