Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

KOMPAN North America is looking for a Graphic Designer to deliver new creative assets that engage key audiences in our US market.

As a new role within the North American team, you’ll support the implementation of global and local digital marketing strategies, while working closely with the Marketing Manager to broadcast engaging content across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

Support the marketing and sales effort by being the visual storyteller for KOMPAN
Design banner ads, email templates, flyers, brochures, booklets, videos, and other content intended to spark customer interest
Stay up to date on industry and customer trends to inform the direction of content design
Assist with localizing global content for the website and various marketing campaigns
Track and maintain status updates for key projects and workflow

What You’ll Need

College degree preferred, with 3-5 years of related experience
Knowledge and experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere)
Knowledge of social media best practices (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Experience with Digital Advertising (LinkedIn, Meta, AdWords) a plus
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
Self-sufficient and proactive in prioritizing tasks
Collaborative and supportive team player
Ability to pivot priorities as needed
