Sales Development Manager

Would you like to drive the commercial development of high-end customized solutions with our machine manufacturer customers? 

In close collaboration with our partners, we create innovative mobile control solutions that add value by maximizing operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impact, supporting global food security and climate goals. We are primarily focused on the agriculture and forestry industry.

 

What is the job about? 

Lykketronic is a global OEM-partner of customized off-highway control solutions based on a proven portfolio of system platforms covering remote service and support, displays and user interfaces, integration platforms, control systems and I/O interfaces. 


As a Sales Development Manager, you will drive to grow sales within existing or new applications, products, or industrial verticals to existing and new agricultural machine manufacturers and distributors in Western Europe, primarily DK, UK, Netherlands, and Germany. 

 

You will focus on:

  • Direct selling (incl. lead generation) and Key Account Management of the Lykketronic product suite to OEMs and distributors on day-to-day basis
  • On-site customer visits and frequent contact
  • Presentation of mobile control solutions incl. customized projects to new customers
  • Negotiation of technical frame agreements, business terms etc.
  • General sales support with regards to sales, service and marketing
  • Meeting or exceeding your sales targets
  • Continuously strengthen the good relations between customers and Lykketronic

     

Furthermore, you will

Support the organization in identifying new market opportunities for existing and new products in existing or new applications. 

Be responsible for developing the right go-to-market approach and secure the right supporting and follow-up activities.

Analyze market needs and provide market insights to key stakeholders to steer the sales development within Europe.

Be responsible for the revenue and the opportunity pipeline growth of the given project.

 Act as a functional sparring partner for the CCO/CEO
 

 

Your background: 

You may have:

  • Master´s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience from a international company working in sales as a KAM and perhaps in a business development role.
  • English and preferably another European language proficiency. 
  • Experience from working within machine manufacturers preferably within in agriculture and/or forestry
  • Experienced with driving export sales (approx. travelling 50 days/year)

Workplace is flexible as you can work out of your home when not travelling to customers or regular meetings at the head office
