Som vores nye Student Assistant bliver du en del af den danske kvalitetsafdeling, hvor du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores Quality Control team.

Stillingen giver dig mulighed for at få praktisk erfaring med kvalitetsarbejde og dokumenthåndtering i medicinalindustrien i tæt samarbejde med erfarne kolleger. Din indsats vil være med til at sikre en struktureret og effektiv dokumenthåndtering og samtidig frigøre tid i kvalitetsafdelingen, så der kan være større fokus på den daglige drift.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

 Som Student Assistant vil du blandt andet arbejde med:

  • Sortering og arkivering af batchjournaler
  • Arkivering og håndtering af kvalitetsdokumentation
  • Lettere administrative og kontormæssige opgaver i kvalitetsafdelingen
  • Assistere andre afdelinger med arkivering og organisering af dokumenter
  • Bidrage til at sikre orden og struktur i vores dokumenthåndtering

Vi forestiller os, at du

  • Er studerende på en ungdomsuddannelse
  • Kan arbejde ca. 6-8 timer om ugen, gerne hverdage på eftermiddage
  • Er omhyggelig, pligtopfyldende og struktureret
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og tager ansvar for dine opgaver
  • Har fokus på kvalitet og detaljer

2care4 is an international company that has experienced rapid growth within the sale of generic medicines since its establishment in 2005. Today, we employ approximately 360 people across Europe, including around 30 employees in our Generics division at our offices in Esbjerg and Odense.

As our new Student Assistant, you will join Commercial Operations and work closely with our Artwork Specialist. You will support data migration and quality checks during the D365 implementation, while also contributing to daily administrative tasks within artwork.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience with systems, data and pharmaceutical packaging in close collaboration with experienced colleagues. Your contribution will help ensure accurate data and give the artwork team more time to focus on daily operations.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support artwork tasks related to the final stages of the D365 implementation.
  • Assist with migrating and transferring artwork-related records and transaction data.
  • Check product and artwork data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Artwork Specialist with administrative tasks and follow-up.

Who are you?

You are currently studying a relevant subject and enjoy working systematically with data. You pay attention to detail, take responsibility for your tasks and are comfortable handling routine work that requires accuracy.

You find it easy to learn new systems and have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with D365 is a significant advantage, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are equally valuable. You also enjoy collaborating with colleagues and external partners and contribute to a positive working relationship.

Welcome to 2care4

As Pricing Specialist, you will join our Danish sales team and take responsibility for part of our Danish parallel import and generics portfolio. You will combine pricing and market analysis with close collaboration across purchasing, supply chain, production and sales support to optimise opportunities and ensure stable supply.

You will balance Danish market needs with priorities across our international business, responding to wholesaler input and daily market changes with timely, informed decisions.

At 2care4 you will experience a flat structure, close sparring and a team driven to succeed together. You will have considerable freedom and responsibility, supported by trust and a manager who values open dialogue.

Your primary responsibilities

  • Manage pricing and optimise the commercial performance of your part of the Danish portfolio.
  • Monitor market developments and identify and act on opportunities in the Danish parallel import market.
  • Coordinate product availability and priorities with purchasing, supply chain and production, recognising when urgent action is needed.
  • Develop market analyses and reporting to support decisions and evaluate business cases.
  • Work closely with sales support to respond to wholesaler input and changes in demand.
  • Improve processes and explore opportunities for automation using data, digital tools and AI.

Who are you?

You hold a relevant degree in business, economics, data science or a similar field and have a couple of years of experience working with data analysis. You bring strong analytical skills and commercial understanding, with experience using Excel, Power BI and AI tools to turn data into practical insights.

You are proactive, spot opportunities and enjoy making decisions that influence business results. You work independently, take pride in the quality of your work and follow through on commitments. Comfortable with deadlines and changing priorities, you know when to investigate further and when to act.

Strong communication skills help you build relationships across departments, challenge assumptions constructively and align stakeholders around priorities. You are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.

The role requires some flexibility every other weekend, where you will work 6-8 hours. The hours you work during the weekend can be used as time off during the following work weeks.

Senior Software Developer

Would you like to develop business-critical solutions that create real value? Are you an experienced software developer with strong skills in C# and Angular? Then let’s develop together. 

We are looking for one more colleague to join our team in Esbjerg, as we have several exciting projects ahead of us. 

You will be part of our IT Development & Data team, working alongside colleagues with competencies across frontend, backend and data. As a Senior Software Developer, you will help develop and shape our business critical applications, integrations and data solutions, while contributing with technical sparring and shared responsibility for the solutions we build. 

Our current focus includes an exciting ERP migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, where our IT team develops central commercial solutions in close collaboration with the business. You will be part of a collaborative team that turns complex needs into pragmatic solutions that make a real difference.  

The team is based across Esbjerg and Poland, and we work in a hybrid setup with up to two work from home days per week. We value regular physical presence in Esbjerg to support close collaboration within the team and with the business. 

 

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing full-stack solutions using C# and Angular 

  • Designing, coding, testing and implementing applications 

  • Developing integrations related to the ERP migration 

  • Making data accessible through Microsoft Fabric and data warehouse solutions 

  • Contributing to knowledge sharing, code reviews and shared technical ownership 

  • Working closely with the team and business stakeholders as part of an agile software development team using Scrum. 

Our technical environment is based on Microsoft Azure and includes C#, Angular and Microsoft Fabric. Experience with AI is an advantage, along with curiosity about how it can strengthen our solutions and create business value. 


Who are you? 

You have several years of relevant software development experience and strong skills in C# and Angular. 

You may have a background as a computer scientist, software engineer or similar, but your practical experience and technical skills matter more than your formal education. 

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, data warehouse solutions or ERP integrations is an advantage. 

You have experience working in agile software development teams using Scrum and bring an agile mindset, with an understanding of the principles behind agile development, not just the processes.
