We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Analyst focusing on ESG strategy and sustainability-driven market analysis, who will play a central role in the development and maintenance of our product portfolio by preparing business cases in our Product Development team.

As a Business Development Analyst, you will be assigned to our Product Development department, where we identify and analyze new products based on knowledge from our sales and purchasing markets. You will have a broad interface with regular contact to other departments. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams in Sales, Purchase and in the regulatory area. You must be able to create and maintain strong relationships - both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for contact with our external suppliers and help ensure that we adapt to a constantly changing market.

Primary tasks:

  • Develop business cases with a strong focus on environmental and social impact for our sales markets.
  • Responsible for driving ESG initiatives and supporting sustainability-oriented business development
  • Participate in decision-making regarding new products and development of existing lines.
  • Investigate and document issues and opportunities in the markets.
  • Entry and analysis of price lists.
  • Support Sales and Purchase in decision-making processes.
  • Initiate new products.

 

Profile

We expect you have a business background with focus on sustainability. A commercial education is preferable, but not a requirement. 

It is important that:

  • You are strong with numbers and can work independently. In particular, you can analyze complex data sets and find patterns and opportunities in the details.
  • You thrive in taking responsibility, prioritizing and bringing different perspectives into interdisciplinary forums. 
  • You are responsible and put quality into the work.
  • You are analytical and structured.
  • You have an appetite for development. 
  • You have a good commercial understanding and strong IT skills, especially in Excel, and preferably experience with BI tools.

It is important that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Also Italian and Spanish are beneficial.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

As Process Development Manager, you will be at the heart of operational transformation at 2care4. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of our new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) while also leading initiatives to enhance and govern our end-to-end process landscape. You will be a key player in driving process excellence and business optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Post-Go-Live Support: Ensure stable and effective administrative operations following the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O. Act as a liaison between business users and system experts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Process Excellence Lifecycle Management: Drive, facilitate, and govern our Process Excellence Life Cycle by ensuring that changes are adapted into our process landscape. Continuously improve and refine our change governance structure.
  • Process Governance: Implement and oversee structured, end-to-end process management, ensuring consistency, documentation, and optimization across all business functions.
  • Network Building and Leadership: Establish and lead a cross-functional network of Process SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and LEAN champions. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Development & Business Optimization: Inspire, facilitate, and support initiatives that improve business efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance value creation through structured process development.
  • Performance Management & KPI Alignment: Support the development and deployment of organization-wide KPIs and performance measures. Ensure alignment of departmental goals with strategic objectives through effective cascading and monitoring Business KPI’s.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Promote a performance-driven culture by leveraging data and metrics to guide process improvements and business decisions across all levels of the organization.

You have a strong business acumen and thrive at the intersection of strategy and operational execution. You’re motivated by driving improvements and ensuring stable processes, while engaging those around you and making things happen.

There are several paths into this role, but most importantly, you:

  • Hold a relevant degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
  • Have solid experience with process optimization, business improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Are familiar with ERP systems - ideally Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Have knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

As a person, it is essential that you:

  • Balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to implementation.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills and are confident in facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work in a structured and responsible way, keeping an overview - even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally - in both Danish and English.
