As our new student assistant in Regulatory Affairs, you will become part of a team of six highly competent colleagues, who are happy to share their knowledge. The position will involve 10-15 working hours per week, Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering data and uploading documents into electronic Regulatory Affairs databases
- Supporting the submission of applications for new marketing authorisations, variations, and notifications
- Assisting with the preparation and proofreading of product information (Summary of Product Characteristics, package leaflets, and packaging texts)
- Creating and maintaining finished product specifications for warehouse intake
- Creating and maintaining internal procedures and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Proofreading documents prepared by your colleagues
- Handling administrative regulatory affairs ad hoc tasks
Detail oriented and eager to learn
You are currently enrolled in a science-based, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related degree programme e.g. Pharmacy or Biomedicine.
As a person you work systematically and in a goal-oriented manner, and you thrive both working independently and as part of a team. You take responsibility for your tasks and place a strong emphasis on quality in your work. You have strong analytical skills, are highly thorough, and pay great attention to detail, while also being curious and eager to learn more. In addition, you have a positive attitude and want to contribute to our culture. You communicate clearly and fluently, both in writing and verbally, in Danish and English, and preferably have written knowledge of one or more Nordic languages. Finally, you have solid Excel and general IT skills.
