2care4 parallel imports medicine and is thus an important player that helps to ensure competition in the market. You will become part of the Product Lifecycle Management team, a central function with many touchpoints across the organization. The team works closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure that our product portfolio is launched and managed efficiently.
As Launch manager, you will manage product launches and ensure that products move smoothly through internal processes so they reach the market at the right time. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial understanding, and the ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment.
You will work with data, identify trends and opportunities, and ensure progress across multiple stakeholders - both internally and externally.
Responsibilites for this position include, and are not limited to:
- Drive product launches from opportunity identification to market entry
- Ensure timely launches by proactively following up across functions
- Maintain a strong overview of launch pipelines, priorities, and timelines
- Challenge stakeholders and escalate when progress is at risk
- Work closely with Sales and Purchasing to ensure commercial relevance of launches
- Monitor launch KPIs and market developments
- Identify opportunities and risks in the portfolio and support launch decisions
- Ensure that launches are executed with the right timing and market understanding
Background and skills
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded profile who naturally takes ownership and drives progress.
You are structured and analytical, but equally comfortable challenging stakeholders and pushing initiatives forward when needed. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with many moving parts and understand that successful product launches require both coordination and persistence.
You have a strong sense of timing, commercial opportunity, and know how to maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders.
Your background may be within purchasing, logistics, project management, or another relevant field. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a requirement. You bring commercial awareness, solid IT skills, and the drive to contribute to shared goals.
It is important that you:
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy working cross-functionally
- Are commercially minded and understand the importance of timing and market opportunities
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and priorities
- Can work independently and take ownership while contributing to team collaboration
- Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data
- Have strong IT skills, especially Excel, and preferably experience with BI tools
- Are fluent in English - Danish and German are an advantage but not required
