As our new Purchase Supporter, you will be part of a team of 11 dedicated colleagues in Purchasing.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will consist of the following:

  • Support of supplier requests
  • Assisting on narcotic documentation and handling
  • Prepare material and presentations for supplier meetings
  • Facilitate supplier approval process
  • Handling purchase orders and invoices  
  • Administrative ad hoc assignments

 

More about you

You have a relevant education within office administration or business, focusing on purchasing, supply chain, sales or similar. 

Besides this, you are curious and have the willingness to learn about the industry.

But most important it is that: 

  • You have a positive attitude and a "can do" approach
  • You are ambitious and you see change as a positive thing
  • You are dedicated and responsible
  • You can work independently and closely in a team
  • You are good in English, both written and verbally. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement. 
  • You have good IT skills, and experience in Microsoft Office.

Som Team Lead Production & Facility, vil du med reference til vores Director of Supply Chain få en vigtig rolle tæt på både operations i Danmark og en lang række andre afdelinger. Du og dit team vil spille en central rolle i vareflowet, pakkeoperation og vores bygninger i Esbjerg osv.

Dit arbejde vil både bestå af at sikre den daglige drift med leverancer til vores kunder og samtidig bidrage aktivt til udvikling af organisationen igennem styrkebaseret ledelse.

Dine primære ansvarsområder og arbejdsopgaver bliver: 

  • Sikre den daglige drift, produktivitet og agilitet af hele DK Production indenfor parallel import
  • Lede og udvikle medarbejdere, kompetencer og processer både gennem løbende forbedringer og gennem større udviklingsprojekter
  • Bidrage til en effektivisering, professionalisering og standardisering af arbejdsgange i Produktionen.
  • Videreudvikle et godt arbejdsmiljø for alle medarbejdere og sikre et stærkt, trygt og tillidsfuldt samarbejde i overensstemmelse med virksomhedens værdier.

As Process Development Manager, you will be at the heart of operational transformation at 2care4. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of our new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) while also leading initiatives to enhance and govern our end-to-end process landscape. You will be a key player in driving process excellence and business optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Post-Go-Live Support: Ensure stable and effective administrative operations following the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O. Act as a liaison between business users and system experts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Process Excellence Lifecycle Management: Drive, facilitate, and govern our Process Excellence Life Cycle by ensuring that changes are adapted into our process landscape. Continuously improve and refine our change governance structure.
  • Process Governance: Implement and oversee structured, end-to-end process management, ensuring consistency, documentation, and optimization across all business functions.
  • Network Building and Leadership: Establish and lead a cross-functional network of Process SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and LEAN champions. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Development & Business Optimization: Inspire, facilitate, and support initiatives that improve business efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance value creation through structured process development.
  • Performance Management & KPI Alignment: Support the development and deployment of organization-wide KPIs and performance measures. Ensure alignment of departmental goals with strategic objectives through effective cascading and monitoring Business KPI’s.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Promote a performance-driven culture by leveraging data and metrics to guide process improvements and business decisions across all levels of the organization. 

A little more about you

You have a strong business acumen and thrive at the intersection of strategy and operational execution. You’re motivated by driving improvements and ensuring stable processes, while engaging those around you and making things happen.

There are several paths into this role, but most importantly, you:

  • Hold a relevant degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
  • Have solid experience with process optimization, business improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Are familiar with ERP systems - ideally Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Have knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

As a person, it is essential that you:

  • Balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to implementation.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills and are confident in facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work in a structured and responsible way, keeping an overview - even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally - in both Danish and English.
