Make an Impact through Full-cycle Global Talent Acquisition
As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our headquarters and international sales offices. You’ll help strengthen our recruitment processes and employer brand across more than 20 countries.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment from A-Z, including:
- Partnering and sparring with hiring managers worldwide to define roles, candidate profiles and identify the right match
- Writing and publishing compelling job ads on global and local job boards
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Screening and shortlisting candidates to find the best fit
- Preparing interview materials, including case studies and Garuda assessments
- Conducting first and second interviews
- Providing feedback and supporting hiring decisions using assessment tools
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Supporting HR colleagues globally with recruitment tasks and ATS usage
Additionally, you will contribute to TA improvement projects, including employer branding initiatives.
Where you’ll work
This position is a one-year maternity cover, with a strong possibility of extension due to our growth. The start date is as soon as possible.
You’ll join our Group HR team in Odense -10 passionate professionals, including 3 dedicated to Talent Acquisition. While we value in-person collaboration, we also support flexible remote work options.
International Recruiter or Talent Acquisition expert with a commercial mindset
You’re a business-oriented TA Specialist or similar with a global mindset and a passion for people. You have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in an international setting
- Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Experience in using assessment tools and case studies during recruitment processes
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build trust with stakeholders
- A self-driven attitude and the confidence to take ownership of your processes
