Site Manager Romania

Your Role
As our Site Manager, you will be part of group management and responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic success of our site in Romania. You will:
- Take ownership of site operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and safety standards.
- Lead efforts to achieve production and quality targets, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team, attracting talent and fostering professional development.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and reporting for local and group management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, business partners, and group managers.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive, persistent, and results-driven leader with. We imagine you have been living abroad previously or currently and thrive in the international environment. We are looking for a front-line visible manager that enjoys looking down into the details of the production process, whilst maintaining the long-sited overview and thrives with management responsibility. We imagine you have most if not all of the following:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or another relevant field.
- At least 5 years of general management experience in a production environment.
- 10+ years of people management experience in a multinational organization.
- A proven track record of delivering results through clear goal-setting and systematic follow-up.
- Strong ERP system experience and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English. Romanian language skills are a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and empower teams.
