Information about collection of your personal data:

When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the role of full-time Marketing Executive in our UK office. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist, helping to manage a variety of campaigns across all traditional and digital marketing channels and target audiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a broad set of marketing skills to join a fast-paced marketing team with opportunity to develop.

Responsibilities:

· Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaign activities.

· Take ownership of our social channels creating regular content.

· Update online content, specifically using the CMS to add case studies to our website and develop SEO content.

· Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, primarily by segmenting customer lists and reviewing campaign content.

· Partake in strategy meetings developing our marketing reach.

· Provide marketing materials to the sales team as required.

· Assist in planning and attending, exhibitions, video shoots, and marketing events where necessary.

Requirements:

· A passion for marketing with a keen interest to constantly grow our marketing strategy.

· Experience in a similar marketing role

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· A creative flair for engaging marketing collateral.

· High attention to detail.

· Knowledge of Microsoft packages.

· Familiarity with creative tools is a plus.

· Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

· An initiative-taker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
