Do you have experience from procurement or demand planning and thrive in a competitive environment where your support to other functions will be key to success, then the position as a Demand & Procurement Coordinator in our German team is a match. We, Trademark Textiles, are a full-service textile manufacturer with HQ in Kolding, Southern Denmark approximately 50 minutes from the Danish/German border and with offices in the far east. 

As the Demand & Procurement Coordinator in Team GAS, you will play a critical role in demand planning and execution of buying related tasks, ensuring optimization of our NOOS and supply chain processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams both in our HQ and far east offices along with external stakeholders. The position is an add-on to our German team, and you will become a part of a team of 10 dedicated colleagues across buying and sales. As Demand and Procurement Coordinator you will be collaborating and supporting both buying and sales to ensure speed to market of the right products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with sales, and production teams to ensure accurate supply chain planning and demand forecasting.
  • Supporting the buying team in all its aspects - order creation, production overviews, quality assurance, shipping, invoicing.
  • Manage and update master data to ensure accuracy in our ERP system.
  • Assist in running productions.

Your Profile:

  • You can communicate fluently in English and German, both written and oral. 
  • Have a relevant academic degree, Bachelor level or higher preferably in Business and/or logistics. 
  • Previous work experience (+1 years) within procurement, planning or logistics.
  • Well-developed skills in excel and know your way around ERP systems.
  • Good economic understanding, and a flair for numbers and calculations.
  • To be a team player and can work in a highly competitive industry. 

Our international office located in Southern Denmark (Kolding) approximately 50 minutes from the Danish/German border. We can offer you a young, multi-cultural and flexible working environment where the corporate language is English, thus Danish is not a necessity in the everyday. We support staying active with running days, volleyball after work or getting into the Christmas mood together with Danish traditions. Your time with us will start with an on-boarding program to make sure you get introduced to all aspects of your job and will be followed up by continuous sparring with your manager. The location of our office in Denmark makes it possible to live in the northern part of Germany and commute. If required, we can also help you in all practical aspects regarding re-location.
