As part of the Hospital team, you will help drive tender opportunities from analysis to execution in close collaboration with Purchase, Sales, PLM, BD and Regulatory Affairs.
The role gives you broad insight into the pharmaceutical value chain, with responsibilities ranging from tender analysis and business cases to launch planning, contract follow-up, and continuous improvement. Whether you are early in your career or bring experience from parallel import or the life science industry, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance and grow with the role.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate hospital tenders across the Nordic markets.
- Prepare tender submissions and ensure high-quality, timely execution throughout the tender process.
- Develop business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities, profitability, and operational risks.
- Support launch planning and implementation of new hospital products.
- Monitor tender outcomes, contract performance, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchase, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal and external partners.
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and follow-up on agreed actions and deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement of tender processes, reporting, data quality, and decision-making tools.
- Utilize modern analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insights, and execution.
- Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the Hospital business.
