Student Assistant - Regulatory Affairs

We are looking for a law student to support our Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to important regulatory tasks in a dynamic and international environment.

2care4 parallel imports medicine and is thus an important player that helps to ensure competition in the market. We employ more than 350 people in Denmark, Poland, Germany, Sweden, and Norway and have grown rapidly since our establishment in 2005. Our business is based on good business acumen, market insight, and good data. There are high demands on the quality and documentation of our IT systems and therefore you will also be trained and supported in these quality requirements.

At 2care4 we are looking for a student worker to assist in our Regulatory Affairs department and in close collaboration with the Legal department. You will be trained by experienced colleagues and join a department with many touchpoints throughout the 2care4 value chain. 

The department consists of 4 teams located in Denmark, Poland and Germany. You will be situated in the Danish location in the 2care4 headquarters in Esbjerg. 
 

Responsibilites for this position include, and are not limited to: 

  • Securing compliance within the regulatory field for our portfolio
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant intellectual property law 
  • Investigating and assessing case law and legal literature
  • Securing that commercial interests are addressed within your work field

 

Background and skills

It is important that you: 

  • Are studying law or commercial law
  • Are stable
  • Are structured in your way of working
  • Are adaptable and learn new skills easily
  • Have IT-skills
  • Have 10-15 hours per week for a student job
  • Are proficient in reading and writing in English 

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have completed a course in intellectual property law
  • Have a commercial mindset
